I know the South Coast day is pretty packed but a few more places I can think of in that area, Pink Bean in Fall River, Moose Cafe in Tiverton, Coastal Roasters in Tiverton, and Blue Lobster Cafe located in Lees Market in Westport (they have great sandwiches and smoothies), Alderbrook Farm in Westport (Not a cafe but a great little farm stop/ farm stand).
